Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality medical care including wellness, diagnostics, treatment planning, and case management Perform medical and surgical procedures aligned with individual skill set and comfort level Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care Collaborate with technicians, assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care Maintain accurate and timely medical records while upholding medical and ethical standards Participate in ongoing learning and contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree Eligible for or currently holding a valid Massachusetts State veterinary license Surgical experience preferred, with mentorship and support available Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach to care Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based clinical environment New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply

$105K - $125K + 20% Production, depending on experience
