Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to companion animals in a general practice setting. Communicate effectively with clients to educate them about diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive care. Collaborate closely with a supportive team of experienced technicians, assistants, and receptionists. Respect and support clients and team members who utilize integrative and holistic treatment options. Maintain accurate and efficient medical records using AI-assisted SOAP note workflows and digital tools. Participate in ongoing professional development and (optional) training in integrative modalities such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, and raw feeding.
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) and current Pennsylvania veterinary license (or eligibility). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude. Experience or comfort with routine surgery and dentistry preferred. Openness to integrative or holistic care approaches (training and mentorship available, but not required). Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a modern and low-stress environment.

90,000 - 130,000
Percentage Based Salary Info:
Base salary plus production-based commission (commensurate with experience and schedule).

Case Load:
Our patient caseload consists primarily of dogs and cats seen for wellness, medical, surgical, and dental care. We also see a growing number of patients for integrative treatments such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, and nutrition consultations. Caseload is well-balanced between preventive care and medical/surgical cases, with flexibility for veterinarians to tailor their focus based on their interests and expertise.
