Responsibilities:
Our Practice is Mission Centered : To make a positive difference in the lives of our clients and patients through the practice of Veterinary Medicine Delivered with Care, Commitment , and Compassion. You will have general practice responsibilities of routine cases, sick cases, hospitalizations and surgeries. You will be supported by a dedicated support staff and an independent practice owner. Your week will be 35-45 hours with a day off during the week, rotating 1 q 4 Saturdays, and probable 3 day weekends during most weeks. We are looking for someone who will grow and develop with us and develop their own special interests in surgery , exotics, rehab , or behavior .
Qualifications
VMD, DVM or equivalent. Strong communication skills, the ability to have fun and enjoy our Mission and have a dedicated sense of humor will help you get through any day and help provide pillars of support for each other and yourself. Interest in Behavior, Exotics, Imaging , Dentistry or Rehab Medicine is a bonus !

Salary:
130 k to 200 K with bonuses. Percentage Based Salary

Case Load:
Our Practice is community based and family oriented with a strong focus on a high standard of care which meets the needs of our clients. We see a mix of well care, puppy and kitten care, routine visits, sick cases and emergencies. We perform routine spays , neuters , dental procedures , mass removals; as well as providing care for more complex cases involving exploratory and foreign body surgery, cystotomies, and other surgeries. An In - House laboratory, Ultrasound, digital radiography and CT will allow to work up cases to the extent of your training and education. You will see a mix of appointments most days along with some urgencies and a surgery or 2 with a dedicated surgery day during the week .
