This opportunity is open to candidates who have graduated from an accredited Veterinary school and qualify for or already possess licensure in Pennsylvania. Candidates with the following knowledge, skills and abilities are encouraged to apply!
Qualifications
To assist us in taking excellent care of our patients, you should have the following education, experience, and qualities: • Graduation from an accredited Veterinary Program. • License to practice Veterinary Medicine in Pennsylvania, or qualify for licensure. • A positive, friendly demeanor is a must! Case Load:
Our schedule is arranged to maximize the doctor’s productive time by leveraging our team. There will be a technician to help in the exam room. They will get weight, TPR, brief history, recommend first line diagnostics and communicate signalment to the vet. They will enter findings into the electronic medical records as the doctor verbalizes the 12 Body System Examination and is available to restrain the pet if necessary. With this system, we can utilize high density scheduling, seeing a wellness, a diagnostic and a recheck every 30 minutes. Some of the rechecks are not seen by doctor, as appropriate.
