Responsibilities:
Holland Veterinary Care is expanding our team and searching for a 3rd small animal doctor for 32+ hour full-time or part-time position. We are located in beautiful Bucks County (30 miles northeast of Philly just off 95). It is a suburban neighborhood with nice clients, nice pets and most importantly clients that take exceptional care of their pets! As a family-owned practice, work life balance is important to us and the happiness of the team is high priority. Want new equipment, ground-breaking medications, or additional training? We are happy to support employee growth, elevation of best practices, and continued education. The practice is continually evolving with input by all employees to make it the best work environment possible. We are fortunate to be well staffed with an experienced crew, while at the same time support learning by pre-vet students. Doctors don’t tech at our office (unless you really want to?). As a family owned practice our priority is the wellness of the pet, not the bottom line. We don’t strive for work/life balance, we have it!
Qualifications
Veterinary license in PA - surgery and dentistry experience preferred, but not required.

Salary:
Negotiable and will ensure the right candidate is very well compensated- $120,000+ base, production bonuses quarterly with no negative accrual

Case Load:
30 minute appointments, 2 hour mid day break for charting, call backs, case research - high quality medicine! Clients approve work-ups and will seek referral for specialty care when indicated. No hospitalization or on-call. Experienced technicians with 2 to 3 techs per doctor.
