Responsibilities:
All duties associated with a small animal general practice, including wellness exams, medical cases, general surgery. Always working with at least 2 other veterinarians. No on call or after hours emergency responsibilities. Open 7 days a week. Three and a half day workweek.

Case Load:
We do 5-8 surgeries a day, Monday through Friday. We see appointments every 30 minutes 8am through 12:30pm, then from 2pm through 6pm Monday through Friday as well as emergencies. Saturdays and Sundays similar but slightly shorter days. We hospitalize patients if needed. We have three nearby referral centers for emergency and specialty care all within 30 miles.

Established 1996. IDEXX: Procyte DX, Three Catalyst DX units, VetLab Station, SediVue Dx, ImageVue DR40 digital radiography, telemedicine. Cornerstone practice management system, electrosurgery unit, ultrasound, high speed dental unit and extraction system. Located in Southern Maryland about 40 minutes east of Washington, D.C. and 45 minutes south of Annapolis, Md, just 15 minutes from the Chesapeake Bay.
