Responsibilities:
We are seeking a full-time associate veterinarian to join our team. We are a privately owned, progressive 4 doctor, well-established, small animal veterinary hospital located on the lake in Webster, MA. We are looking for a doctor who is passionate about medicine, surgery, patient care, client education and customer service. This individual should encompass our goal of providing the highest-quality and compassionate medical care to which our clientele has become accustomed. Our focus is on preventative medicine and client education and many of our quality staff members have been with the practice long term. We have digital radiography (including dental radiography,) ultrasound, a complete on-site diagnostic laboratory as well as K-laser and a fully stocked pharmacy. Scheduled appointments are set Monday to Saturday. Doctor schedules consist of a 4 day work week with rotating Saturday mornings and one evening shift per week. This includes no on-call or after-hours emergencies. As a private practice you will have the flexibility and freedom to practice good medicine as you see fit without scripted corporate guidelines. Salary:
Base salary rage $110k - $130k but is negotiable with experience. Potential for quarterly bonuses based on production

20% service, 10% pharmacy
