Bay State Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Services (BSVESS) is thrilled to expand our existing team and services. We have a very busy emergency hospital, with a growing internal medicine and surgery caseload. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to join a young team of specialists and ER doctors and help to grow the hospital while being a part of the development of a positive work culture.
BSVESS has been a trusted emergency and specialty hospital since 2006, providing round-the-clock emergency care, internal medicine, and surgery services. In the summer of 2024, we are making a big move into a newly renovated 36,000-square-foot facility, expanding our services to include ophthalmology, cardiology, dermatology, medical oncology and a much-needed radiation oncology center (with an onsite radiation oncologist). With the addition of a linear accelerator and a CT scanner, medical, surgical, and radiation oncology will be a significant focus of the hospital. As the sister hospital to Ocean State Veterinary Specialists (OSVS), we are thrilled to offer an additional community of doctors to collaborate with on cases. Fluoroscopy available for procedures.

Qualifications
Candidate must be a Diplomate of ACVIM, ACVD, ACVO, ACVECC, ACVS, ACVR -OR- residency trained, and eligible to sit for certifying exam
- Candidate must be eligible to obtain a license to practice in Massachusetts.
- DEA license required.
