We're actively seeking a dedicated Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to become an integral part of our close-knit team. Our well-established and respected practice boasts three examination rooms, fully equipped surgical and dental suites, digital dental radiography, advanced dentistry equipment, digital radiography, a comprehensive in-house IDEXX laboratory, ultrasound, and laser technology. Our staff consists of four licensed veterinary technicians, a well-trained veterinary assistant, two CSRs, a practice manager and our full time owner and veterinarian. A notable distinction is our owner's passion for veterinary behavior, allowing us to provide top-notch medical and surgical care alongside valuable behavior consultations. Additionally, our owner serves on the Board of Directors for Not One More Vet, and our practice is CLEAR Blueprint Certified by NOMV as a mentally healthy workplace. We believe in compensating our DVMs well and offer a competitive salary starting at $125,000 ranging up to $165,000, commensurate with experience, and sign on bonus of $25,000 along with a generous benefit package including a 401K with 3% employer contribution, employee assistance program, employee discounts, health insurance, health savings account, 3 weeks vacation, sick and mental health leave, and professional development assistance.
