Responsibilities:
Perform general practice small animal internal medicine, preventative care, and surgery with a 4 day workweek and rotating Saturdays. We are a AAHA accredited and privately owned hospital (that also sees some exotics) that strives to practice fear free medicine. Located in southcentral Pennsylvania in Lebanon County, we have the Lebanon County Rail-Trail directly behind our building so you can get some fresh air during your break. Forgot your lunch? No problem. Use Doordash to get something delivered. We offer both compassion and care to our loyal client base and their pets. Benefits are many! No after hour emergencies. Qualifications
VMD or DVM degree and valid PA license

Newly graduated veterinarians may apply for this position
Salary:
Starting at $125,000 and higher based on compensation/benefits package and experience with a 4 day workweek and rotating Saturdays
Percentage Based Salary Info:
22% commission once surpass base salary for minimum of 4 weeks or can stay with base salary if preferred

Case Load:
busy caseload mixed with wellness and sick. Start at 30 minute appointments and move to 15-30 minute appointments when more efficient
