Responsibilities:
Make a difference with Care , Commitment , and Compassion! : Your responsibilities and duties will be to fulfill and grow in the role as an Associate Veterinarian in general practice. General Medicine and Surgery : Sick and well cases. The Associate Veterinarian will see outpatient appointments, attend to sick and well cases and attend to in- patient care. A 4 day work week, and 1 every 4 Saturdays will afford work - life balance. The work week will consist of 2 longer days until 8 pm , 1 moderate day, an 1 short day until 2 pm. Veterinarians in the Practice perform both medicine and general surgery . Interests in exotics, behavior, or rehab is a plus . New graduates will work under the guidance and mentorship of the practice owner who as owner, medical director and Chief Success Officer ( CSO ) will help you refine and grow your knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
VMD, DVM or Equivalent. Interest in Exotics, Rehab, Behavior is welcome ! Your Education and Training is the beginning and foundation for which we are looking. We are welcoming a new or recent graduate who truly wishes to apply their education, grow and develop with a dedicated staff, and a Practice Owner who is unconditionally invested in Practice, Patient, and your Success !

Salary:
115-120K + , along with benefits and monthly production bonuses. Our current veterinarians are earning $115- 200K
Percentage Based Salary Info:
Salary plus production with guaranteed base salary . No negative accrual .

Case Load:
Our caseload is wide and varied. We see pediatric through geriatric cases. We provide wellness care and see sick animals. Routine cases as well as daily emergencies make every day challenging and interesting. Our days are never boring! We perform basic medicine and surgery and apply our skills, insights, and fund of knowledge to complex cases. We also work with a number of rescue groups which affords us the opportunity of always seeing interesting cases and making a difference for those patients looking for their forever homes. We have been in the area for 27 year and have developed close community ties and friendships with our clients. These personal interactions with our clients and patients provide us with the energy to do what we do: we make a positive difference in the lives of our clients and patients with Care, Commitment and Compassion

The practice has 10 technicians , all of whom are dedicated to helping you to succeed.
