Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients, including performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions, and communicating with clients about their pet's health. Candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and assisting with the overall operation of the practice.
Qualifications
Experience in small animal medicine is preferred, but we are willing to consider recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow in their careers. Qualifications: • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree • License to practice in New York (or obtains license within 3-6 months of employment) • Experience in small animal medicine is preferred, but not required • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work well in a team environment

Case Load:
We average 15-18 appointments a day split between vet and tech only. We may have between four to six urgent appointments a day which are handled as drop off appointments; addressed between scheduled commitments. We are open six days a week.
