Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include seeing appointments, working up cases, designing a treatment plan and communicating with the staff and owners. We are in search of another team member to perform surgeries and dentistries, including extractions, and will help you to gain experience and expertise in these areas. .
Qualifications
Veterinary degree, PA license, and a desire to work with a closely knit team to provide the best care for both the pet and pet parent. Willingness to advance your knowledge and skills in medicine, dentistry and surgery.

Case Load:
We enjoy a variety of cases from preventative health care, diagnosing and managing complicated medical cases, surgeries that include the routine as well as splenectomies, foreign body removals, R & A, gastropexies, and lateral suture for CCLs We have a newly updated digital radiography machine and ultrasound

We are currently searching for another associate veterinarian to join our wonderful team at Longwood Veterinary Center. We are a family owned, beautiful and newly renovated veterinary hospital located just north of Longwood Gardens, in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. Our hospital employs eight dedicated veterinarians and 25+ compassionate nursing and administrative staff. Many of the members of our Kennett Square veterinary center team have over 20 years of experience. Our facility offers state of the art equipment and technology as well as several specialty services. Our services include medicine, surgery, dentistry, anesthesia, radiology and ultrasound, cardiology, laser, acupuncture, and preventative health care. The mission of Longwood Veterinary Center is to provide our patients with the highest standard of care in a welcoming and fear-free environment.
