Case Load:
Old Practice seeing 50-60 cases per week. The old practice is closing down and I want to reopen one at this location.

Small animal practice w full surgery and treatment suite, x ray suite, Receptionist and waiting area. Small kennel area and isolation room. Located in the Pocono Mountains in close proximity to the Lehigh Valley and major highways.
