Outstanding dexterity in handling small animals while performing precise tasks Ability to react quickly and make decisions under pressure about the wellbeing of an animal Strong fondness and understanding of animals Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of animal behavior Ability to use medical technologies during diagnosis, research and surgery of animals. Lead your own wellness and sick visits and perform soft tissue surgeries if desired.
Qualifications
You must have a license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Pennsylvania. Great News! We would love to help you pay for it if needed!

Salary:
$100,000 PLUS! Salary is a conversation based on your needs. Pro/Sal is an option as well. We are offering a sign on/relocation bonus and retention bonus!

Case Load:
We are a well established practice with a manageable caseload. We typically see 20-30 minute appointments with an hour break for lunch and an hour break for catch up and charting. We will see urgent care appointments. We do have designated surgery days if you do not want to do surgery that is fine too.

Additional Comments:
Our beautiful building is shaped like a barn with a grand waiting room, 5 exam rooms, a private farewell room, boarding kennel, designated treatment area, surgery suite, x ray room, lab and office space. We also have apartment space upstairs. We are located on the outskirts of town in an excellent still growing community. We offer laser therapy, full body and dental x ray, soft tissue surgery as well as dental procedures, and some specialty procedures.
