Responsibilities:
General small animal medicine and preventive care. Routine soft tissue surgery. Comprehensive dentistry with dental radiographs. Client communication and case management. Collaboration with highly utilized technicians and support staff.
Qualifications
DVM or VMD degree. Eligible for Pennsylvania veterinary licensure. Comfortable with medicine, routine surgery, and dentistry. Team-oriented with strong communication skills. New graduates welcome; mentorship available.

Salary:
$130,000–$160,000 base salary + production bonus (ProSal model)
Percentage Based Salary Info:
ProSal compensation structure with base salary plus production bonus.

Case Load:
Primarily small animal general practice. Typical doctor schedule includes 14–18 appointments per day depending on case complexity and annual visit volume. Standard appointments are 30 minutes, with wellness visits ranging from 15–30 minutes depending on patient needs.
