Imagine practicing veterinary medicine the way you always hoped it could be: + Driven by compassion. + Grounded in community. + Supported by a team that cares for you, too. At NEPA Rescue Veterinary Clinic, we make outstanding veterinary care accessible to every family — while honoring the wellbeing of our team and the animals who trust us. Our clinic is located on the land of Indraloka Animal Sanctuary, where every animal’s life and story matter. Choose the work that inspires you You decide the species you want to treat: Companion-animal only Or Mixed-animal practice with farmed species and horses included Either way, you’ll have the support and mentorship you need — and you are never expected to work outside your comfort zone. If you’re passionate about integrative medicine, you’ll have space to grow modalities like acupuncture, nutrition, laser therapy, mobility care, and other whole-animal healing approaches. Bring the kind of medicine you believe in. We’ll help you practice it. Why veterinarians love working here Real impact every day — our sliding scale keeps animals safe at home with their families On-site medical barn with large-animal equipment — no travel required Trauma-informed and fear-free handling — healing is our goal Supportive team culture — collaboration over production quotas Balance — no overnight ER or aggressive scheduling Room to innovate — help shape the future of sustainable community care We welcome veterinarians at every career stage. Mentorship and cross-training are available based on your interests. Your impact You will provide clinical and surgical care to community-owned animals, expanding access to families who might not otherwise receive help. You may support rescued farmed animals as aligned with your passion and scheduling. Your medicine here will mean more animals staying safe, loved, and home — and fewer entering the shelter system in crisis.
