Case Load:
We are a high-touch small animal hospital serving dogs and cats, with a growing number of exotics cases mixed in. Our case load reflects a true community practice — a blend of wellness care, internal medicine, urgent visits, and general surgery. Surgical cases include routine spays and neuters, mass removals, dental procedures, cystotomies, amputations, splenectomies, and other soft tissue surgeries. We are actively expanding our surgical capacity and are committed to making necessary procedures accessible and affordable for our community. Our medical cases range from preventative care and chronic disease management (endocrine, dermatology, GI, cardiac) to workups requiring diagnostics and critical thinking. Because we prioritize relationships and education, many clients are highly engaged in their pet’s care and value thoughtful guidance. As a rescue-friendly, community-driven hospital, we also treat animals in need and partner with local rescue organizations. This creates a meaningful mix of straightforward cases, complex medical workups, and mission-driven medicine. No two days look the same — which is exactly how we like it.
Benefits:
• Production-based pay with negotiable base salary • Quarterly bonus structure • Consistent schedules • 4-day weekends once a month to recharge • Rotating Saturdays (typically 1 weekend/month) • Unlimited time off (because production-based) • Health benefits (medical, dental, vision) • 401k • Personal pet care allowance
Additional Comments:
Who We Are • Independently owned — not corporate • Rescue-friendly and community engaged • Known for our “different vibe” • Focused on affordable care so more pets get what they need • High emotional intelligence culture • A little quirky. A lot compassionate. • Diverse, welcoming, and unapologetically ourselves If you want beige walls and production quotas without heart — we’re not it. If you want mentorship, autonomy, and impact — this is your lane.
